FitGo (fitgo.gr) is the trading name of Roxy Works Ε.Ε., a Greek limited partnership (ετερόρρυθμη εταιρεία) headquartered in Athens, Greece. The platform is currently in pre-launch phase, with public launch scheduled for June 15, 2026.

About This Document

The complete Terms of Service for FitGo — governing your use of the platform, credit purchases, bookings, cancellations, partner-studio relationships, refund rules, dispute resolution, governing law, and consumer rights — are under final legal review and will be published here before public launch.

Until that publication, no contract is formed by your visit to this page or your registration on the pre-launch site.

What FitGo Is

FitGo is a credits-based fitness marketplace connecting Athens residents and visiting tourists with independent partner studios across the Attica region. There are no monthly subscriptions — you buy a credit pack once and use it as you like.

Pricing & Credits

One credit equals €5.00, flat. This is a fixed exchange rate across every credit pack offered on the platform.

We sell 5 credit packs during this pre-launch phase. Each pack contains a different number of credits, but every pack is always priced at €5.00 per credit — no markup, no hidden fees, no surge pricing. For example: a 3-credit pack is €15.00; a 14-credit pack is €70.00; a 20-credit pack is €100.00.

Credits are non-monetary, non-refundable, non-transferable booking tokens. They may be used to reserve sessions at any partner studio in our network, subject to availability and the studio's published booking and cancellation rules. Credits do not expire during the pre-launch phase; expiration rules for the post-launch phase will be detailed in the final Terms.

The current list of credit packs — names, sizes, prices, and any time-limited promotions — is always visible at fitgo.gr/wallet/packs.
