Privacy Policy — Pre-Launch Notice

This Privacy Policy describes how Roxy Works Ε.Ε. (trading as FitGo), the data controller for fitgo.gr, handles personal data during the pre-launch phase of the platform. Public launch is scheduled for June 15, 2026.

Data We Process During Pre-Launch

If you register on the pre-launch site, we may collect: your email address, first and last name, locale preference (Greek or English), and basic device/browser metadata for analytics. Payment data is not collected during pre-launch (credit purchases are disabled until June 15, 2026).

Legal Basis

Processing is based on (a) your explicit consent at sign-up (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), (b) legitimate interests in operating a pre-launch waitlist and platform readiness testing (Art. 6(1)(f)), and (c) legal obligations under Greek and EU consumer-protection law.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing — under GDPR Articles 15–22 and Greek Law 4624/2019. To exercise these rights, email info@fitgo.gr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Retention

Pre-launch sign-up data is retained until the public launch transitions you to a regular FitGo account, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.

Cookies

See our Cookie Policy at /cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are used by default; analytics and marketing cookies require your explicit opt-in.

Final Policy

The complete Privacy Policy — including detailed retention schedules, third-party processors (Supabase, Postmark, Cloudflare, Anthropic), international transfers, and cross-border transfer safeguards — will be published before June 15, 2026.
