This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies fitgo.gr uses during its pre-launch phase. Operator: Roxy Works Ε.Ε. (trading as FitGo). Public launch: June 15, 2026.

Categories of Cookies

1. Strictly necessary cookies. Required for the site to function (authentication, session, language preference, security). These cannot be disabled. Examples: Supabase auth tokens, language locale cookie.

2. Analytics cookies. Help us understand how visitors use the pre-launch site. Set only with your explicit consent via the cookie banner. Examples: Google Tag Manager data layer, click-tracking, scroll-tracking.

3. Marketing cookies. Not used during pre-launch. Will be activated only with explicit consent after June 15, 2026, for re-targeting and conversion tracking on Meta Ads and similar platforms.

Managing Cookies

You can manage your consent at any time via the cookie banner on the site, or directly through your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge all support per-site cookie controls). Withdrawing consent will not retroactively delete data already collected, but will stop further collection.

Legal Basis

Under the EU ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC and Greek Law 4624/2019 (Art. 26), non-essential cookies require explicit, prior, informed consent. We rely on the consent collected via our cookie banner on first visit.
